Dental Navigator & SCDA First Annual Walk/Run 5k

Join us for the first annual 5K walk/run race in partnership with the the Dental Navigator program and Special Care Dentistry Association at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

This event aims to raise awareness about the importance of providing compassionate, accessible dental care for individuals who face significant barriers to treatment. We are also raising money for transportation costs to help bring patients who are uninsured or on Medicaid to appointments who otherwise would not have access. From patients with complex medical needs to those navigating financial, physical, or systemic challenges, both organizations are committed to ensuring that every patient has a pathway to the care they deserve.

All students, faculty, staff, and supporters are welcome.
