About This Race

The Stars and Stripes 5K is a festive Independence Day run/walk for all ages held at Carnie Smith Stadium in Pittsburg, KS. Participants celebrate the 4th of July in red, white, and blue, whether racing for a PR or strolling with family. All finishers receive a medal, and early registrants are guaranteed a participant shirt. The event has partnered with the Outside the Wire Veterans Foundation.
