About This Race
The 12th Annual Children's Recovery Center 5K Run/Walk is a fundraiser for the Children's Recovery Center, a non-profit Child Advocacy center serving children of Horry and Georgetown Counties. The race starts and finishes at Morse Park Landing on Hwy 17 Business in Murrells Inlet, with a 1 Mile Run/Walk at 7:30 am and a 5K Shotgun Start at 8:00 am. The event is designed to be family-friendly, and all proceeds benefit children served by the center. A free breakfast for runners follows at 9 am.
