About This Race
"Get ready to lace up and give back to the Lemmon EMT Association! Join us at Hands on Health for the annual Boss Cowman 5K Fun Run and Walk on July 11th starting at 8 am. It’s a fantastic way to get active and enjoy the community, with all proceeds directly benefiting the Lemmon EMT Association.
