About This Race
The Edward Jones Firecracker 5K is a Fourth of July event in Platteville, Wisconsin. The scenic route runs from the museum to Mound View Park & Campground along the Roundtree Branch Trail, finishing back at the start. A free Kids' Dash for ages 12 and under starts at 8:00 AM. Proceeds support the City of Platteville Fireworks Fund and the Friends of the Mining & Rollo Jamison Museums.
