About This Race
The Celebrate America 5K is a patriotic community event hosted by American Legion Dyer-Gunnell Post 180 in Vienna, Virginia on Saturday, June 27, 2026, the weekend before Independence Day. Participants run or walk for military veterans along quiet neighborhood roads and the W&OD Railroad Regional Park. The course is a 1.55-mile out-and-back to a turnaround at Clarks Crossing Park. Strollers are welcome and all registrants receive a commemorative coin, technical shirt, and patriotic SWAG.
