About This Race

Lou's Run is the fourth week of the Shawangunk Runners 53rd Summer Series, held in High Falls, NY. The trail race features over 4 miles of Mohonk Preserve carriage roads near Bonticou Crag. The course starts and finishes at the Spring Farm Pavilion. The series has showcased running opportunities on and around the Shawangunk Ridge since 1974.
