About This Race

The Railroad Days 5K is a road course on a mixture of gravel and pavement, mostly pavement, running through the historical town of Appalachia, VA. The course is fairly flat with a couple of short rolling hills. The race starts and finishes at Complete Cardio, located next to the Appalachia Town Clerks Office. A 1 Mile Walk option is also offered.
