About This Race

The Pink Dress Run is the first annual run/walk hosted by Men Wear Pink of Knoxville at World's Fair Park, benefiting the American Cancer Society's breast cancer mission. Participants wear pink and a dress to raise awareness and funds for research, education, and patient support. The day includes food trucks, music, and family activities.
