About This Race

The Stuff Your Face Race, presented by The Howard & Donna Abell Charitable Foundation and benefiting IMPOWER, is a Central Florida event that combines running and eating. Participants choose a 5K, a 1-Mile Stuff Your Face experience with four food tasting stations, a combo of both, a free Kids Dash, or a virtual 5K. It takes place in Orlando, Florida.

Choose Your Distance

5K Combo 5K
Take on both events by completing a professionally timed, traditional 5K (3.1 miles) followed by the Stuff Your Face Mile for the full race day experience. This combo option is perfect for participants who want the best of both worlds—a classic 5K race and the fun, food-filled Stuff Your Face Mile. Note: Combo participants must complete the 5K by 8:30 a.m. in order to start the 1-Mile Stuff Your Face Race.

Take on a professionally timed, traditional 5K (3.1 miles) through Blue Jacket Park. This registration option includes the 5K race only and does not include the Stuff Your Face Mile. It is perfect for participants who want a classic race experience without the additional mile.

Virtual Race
Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk on race day from wherever you choose. Choose your own course and submit your results (instructions will be emailed closer to the event). Share your experience and tag #SYFR26 on social media (optional). Celebrate your accomplishment and enjoy your race swag!
