About This Race
A Running Start for Hope 5K is an inaugural evening race on the paved Legacy Trail at Coldstream Park in Lexington, Kentucky. The event benefits A Running Start, a nonprofit recovery running program supported by The Hope Center that helps individuals in substance misuse recovery. Participants receive race photos, T-shirts, and food truck access, with a virtual option also available.
