About This Race
The Watermelon 5K Fort Lauderdale takes place at TY Park in Hollywood, FL, centered on a refreshing watermelon theme where finishers are rewarded with a sweet, hydrating feast. The event is professionally chip-timed by Victory Sports, with special awards for the top three overall male and female finishers and top age-group performers. Every registered participant receives a personalized RFID race bib, an event shirt, and a finisher medal. The morning features music, dancing, watermelon, and a community atmosphere.
