About This Race

Light up the Knight is a community-based track meet hosted at the historic Morris Hills Track in Rockaway, NJ, featuring a new state-of-the-art track. The event offers four track events ranging from a 100 meter free fun run to a 3200 meter high school/adult race, with mixed gender heats. The meet includes music, snacks, and free ice cream for youth runners, and registration supports the Morris Hills Spiked Shoe Club.
