About This Race
The Health is Wealth 5K is a flat, beginner-friendly walk/run along the Long Beach coastline paired with a wellness expo. The course follows a paved beach path with no hills and offers a generous two hours to complete. Every registration includes a finisher medal, chip timing, race photos, age group awards, and expo access. The event is dog, stroller, and beginner friendly.
