About This Race
The 4th of July Donut Hole Mile is a novelty mile event held as part of an Independence Day celebration at Colorado Tap House in Arvada, Colorado. Run like a Beer Mile, participants eat progressively more donut holes before each of four quarter-mile out-and-back loops, consuming 10 donut holes total. The course runs along Ralston Creek Trail, and top male, female, and team finishers earn a spot on the Tap House Wall of Champions plaque.
