About This Race
The Polish Steeple Chase 5.2 Miler is a non-competitive fun run, walk, or ride held in Ashton, Nebraska on July 4, 2026. The gravel road route runs from the steeple at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Paplin to the steeple at St. Francis Church in Ashton, with plenty of hills. The event coincides with the Ashton Days celebration, and registration includes a t-shirt, water, and snacks. Entry fees and donations benefit the two churches.

Check in starts at 6:30 AM in front of St. Francis Church in Ashton and the bus will leave Ashton to take you to the start line at 7:00 AM.
