About This Race

The USA Beach Running Championships is a beach running event held at Shepard Park in Cocoa Beach, featuring 5K, 10K, and 15K distances on a low-tide, out-and-back course on hard-packed sand. The race is open to all runners with no qualifying required, and shoes are optional with a Barefoot division for all distances. Finishers receive medals, and a post-race awards party is held on the beach with music, champagne, and mimosas.
