About This Race
Roger's Bird-Day Dash is hosted by the Roger Tory Peterson Institute in Jamestown, New York to raise money for its programming and exhibitions. The event celebrates Roger Tory Peterson's 118th birthday and includes a 10K Roadrunner run, a 5K March of the Penguins fun run/walk, and a 1 Mile Duckling Dash kids run on the RTPI grounds. A post-race gathering features face painting, food trucks, lawn games, and refreshments. Check-in and day-of registration begin at 8:00 AM with the race starting at 9:00 AM.
