About This Race

The Excelsior Firecracker Run is a Fourth of July race along the shores of Lake Minnetonka and through the historic streets of Excelsior, Shorewood, Deephaven and Greenwood. Participants choose a 10k, 5k, or family-friendly 1 Mile route. The event includes post-race festivities in the Excelsior Commons with food, photo opportunities, face painting, and a petting zoo.
