About This Race

The 10th annual 4th of July Stars and Strides 5k Run/Walk takes place around Grand Lake in Rockville, MN. Registration begins at 7:30 at the Grand Lake boat landing and the race starts promptly at 8:00, finishing with refreshments at a 9am flag raising ceremony. This is not a chip-timed event, and prizes are awarded to top finishers along with door prizes.
