Pinoy Runners NorCal 7 Kilometer/ 0.7 Mile Fun Run

(Formerly Pinoy Runners Brgy. Bay Area Fun Run)

Origins: This event began in 2022 as Pinoy Runners Brgy. Bay Area Fun Run, a 5k/10k held at Fremont's Quarry lakes. This event was organized to bring together Filipino runners and friends, promote health and fitness and share Filipino pride with the local community.

The second straight year, we continue that tradition at Sierra Point in Brisbane, CA - not only by running together, but by giving back. A portion of proceeds and optional donations will go to support charities in the Philippines and locally.

This fun run isn't just about fitness - it's about sharing Filipino pride, promoting health and wellness, and giving back to causes we care about both here and Philippines. 

Rebranded as Pinoy Runners Norcal, this year's fun steps up the fun with a 7k race for runners and 0.7 mile walk for families. Why 7k and 0.7 mile? We were inspired by Filipina-owned 7 Mile House Restaurant located nearby. 

The 0.7 Mile race starts at 9AM and is an out and back course. The 7k race starts at 9:30AM and is a single out and back (unlike last year which was a double out and back due to construction). Both courses and flat and scenice. You can sign up for one race or both races. 

After the completion of both races, stay for the raffle. Each participant gets one race included in their entry. And you can buy more raffle tickets.
