Miles for Smiles 5k

The first annual Miles for Smiles 5k Fundraiser will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026! Our route will be through Lake Park, beginning and ending at the Summer Stage.

Parking is available near the Start Line at the Summer Stage or by Lake Park Bistro.

Packet Pickup begins at 7:30am at the Start Line. Included in your packet will be your race bib, race day T-shirt, and some treats from our sponsors! Registration will remain open until Race Day, but Registration after August 12th will not include a T-shirt.

The race begins at 9:00am. The course will close at 12:00pm.

Proceeds from this event will benefit patients at Children's Wisconsin Hospital and Marquette University School of Dentistry by sponsoring their cleft lip and palate care! Our mission at Miles for Smiles is to provide resources and support to patients with cleft lip and palate conditions through fundraising, volunteering, and community outreach. Through our annual 5k race and other fundraising efforts, we help sponsor surgeries and care for families in our local Milwaukee community. Through our volunteer and outreach programs, we aim to increase awareness, connect students with opportunities to serve those affected in our community, and promote access to comprehensive cleft care.
