About This Race

The Innsbrook Mile is an evening mile race for all ages held at Innsbrook in Glen Allen, Virginia. The fast, out-and-back course is the opening event of the national East Coast Triathlon Festival. Proceeds fund free fitness programs in Richmond's lowest-opportunity neighborhoods and support local school physical education departments through a school participation competition.

Register by April 17th to be guaranteed the race swag (socks); everyone gets a medal when they cross the finish line.

Age group awards given to the top 3 in each age group; everyone gets a medal at the finish line.
