About This Race

The 11th Annual Shea's Chase 5K Run/Walk promotes mental wellness and suicide awareness through movement and conversation. The course begins and ends at Revolution Mill in Greensboro, and all proceeds support the Kellin Foundation's free counseling, peer support, and wraparound mental health services. A Smiles for Miles Fun Run precedes the 5K.
