About This Race

The Bullfrog Summer Surge is a community first race morning at Addenbrooke Park in Lakewood, Colorado, built around movement, connection, and summer fun. It offers a timed 5K for runners chasing a PR, a relaxed Hot Lap for walkers and joggers, and a kids version of the half mile Hot Lap for ages 6 to 12. Participants stay after their race for coffee, sponsor activities, giveaways, recovery support, and a finish line hang.
