About This Race

Steps to Empower is a walk and run for Bakhita Mountain Home held at Mount Saint Francis of Assisi in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Participants can choose a scenic 1-mile route or a brand-new 5K, with every step supporting women healing from the trauma of sexual exploitation. The event starts at 9:00 AM, and participants who register before July 18 receive a Bakhita Mountain Home t-shirt. Proceeds support Bakhita Mountain Home.
