About This Race
Description
The Summer Discus and Shot Put Throwing Clinic is on Thursdays, for 4 weeks, June 25 and July 2, 9, 16 from 5:15pm to 6:15pm at Standing Bear High School.
This clinic is designed for middle and high school athletes looking to learn and improve their shot put and discus skills. The program focuses on proper technique, strength development, and event-specific drills to help athletes build confidence and increase performance.
T-shirt and meet are included in the fee.
Registration deadline will be on June 11.
