About This Race
The inaugural Stride n' Thrive 5K takes place at North Lakes Park in Denton, Texas, celebrating National Health Center Week. The scenic course runs through the park's tree-lined trails and open green spaces, welcoming runners and walkers of all levels. Proceeds benefit Health Services of North Texas (HSNT), supporting care for individuals and families across the region. The event includes a Race Village, community partners, and a post-race celebration.
