About This Race

The 2026 MPD Pursuit 1K & 5K in Midland, TX brings together community members, first responders, and supporters to honor law enforcement officers. The superhero-themed event offers a family-friendly 1K Fun Run and a more challenging 5K Run/Walk, including a 14:46 Challenge with a 1.5-mile split. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Teen F.L.O.W. Youth Ministry. The race starts and finishes at the Midland Police Department.
