About This Race
The Pete Holowka Memorial Nut-Ridge Classic 5k is a road race held in Orchard Park, New York in memory of Pete Holowka. The inaugural event drew 100 participants and raised over $10,000 from sponsors, donations, and race entries for the Pete Holowka Foundation. Proceeds support scholarships for graduating senior runners continuing their careers in college.
