About This Race
The Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run takes place at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex in Williamsburg, Virginia. Hosted by Colonial Sports, it benefits the Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy Competitive Team Parents Association, which supports VEGA team gymnasts. All finishers receive a finisher medal, with certificates for the top finishers in each 5K age group.

Finisher certificates will be given to the top two male and female finishers in each age group of the 5K run.
