Enjoy the course at your own pace! The Untimed 5K is ideal for walkers, joggers, and runners who want to support the Millburn-Short Hills First Aid Squad while enjoying a fun, community-focused event. With this option, no official timing will be recorded. We invite you, your family and friends to visit our Open House after the race at the First Aid Squad building located in the parking lot at 188 Glen Avenue. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the building and ambulances, meet our volunteers, and join us for breakfast. The 5K race will take place rain or shine.

Family Fun Run/Walk (Ages 12 and Under)
Designed for our youngest participants, the Family Fun Run/Walk is a fun, non-competitive event that encourages kids and families to get active and be part of race day. Whether running, walking, or cheering each other on, it's a great way for children to join in the excitement and support their local First Aid Squad. We invite you, your family and friends to visit our Open House after the race at the First Aid Squad building located in the parking lot at 188 Glen Avenue. Ready to race? The Timed 5K is perfect for runners looking to challenge themselves, compete for awards, or set a new personal best. Official chip timing will be provided, and results will be posted following the race.
