About This Race

The Des Moines Women's Half Marathon is a women's race weekend featuring a half marathon, 10K, 3-person team relay, and a Saturday evening 5K. The half marathon starts in downtown Des Moines and finishes in one of America's largest urban parks, with on-course entertainment. The weekend celebrates and empowers women of all ages and paces.
