About This Race
The Firecracker 10K, 5K and Mile is a 4th of July family event in Hot Springs, South Dakota. All races start and end at Chautauqua Park, with medals awarded to the 1st and 2nd place finishers in each division by gender and age group. The event includes refreshments and drawings for baked goods following the races, with a 39th Anniversary T-shirt guaranteed to early registrants.
