About This Race
The New Milford Parks & Recreation Department hosts 8-mile and 5K road races through rural New Milford, Connecticut. The 8-mile race is one of the oldest and most challenging in the state, featuring the famous Canterbury Hill, while the 5K offers a scenic course. Both races finish on the south side of the town green and welcome runners, walkers, and dogs.
