About This Race

Ruck You Cancer is a rucking event held at Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Participants choose between a 1, 3, or 5 mile ruck and/or a hill climb challenge to see who can do the most hill climbs in 15 minutes, in teams of up to four people. Participants must wear 10% of their body weight in a weighted vest or ruck, and prizes are awarded for the winners. It is an all ages event.
