About This Race

The sixth annual Made in the Shade 5K Run/Walk is hosted by the Rotary of Flowood in Flowood, Mississippi. The course is a simple out-and-back along a paved multipurpose trail with scenery. One hundred percent of proceeds support the Rotary of Flowood's service projects, including a guaranteed $1,000 donation to YMCA of Flowood programs. The event offers both a 5K Run and a 5K Walk.
