About This Race

The Scary Rat Race is a four-mile fun run held October 11th, 2026 at the Spring Meadow Golf Course in Allaire State Park, Howell, NJ. The course is 100% off road with handheld timing, and starts and ends at the golf course. All finishers receive a funky gift, with commemorative cooler bags, t-shirts, and wearables available for purchase.
