About This Race
The Sri Chinmoy New Year's Day Half-Marathon takes place on Friday, January 1, 2027 at 9AM in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, New York. The scenic, USATF-certified course is a flat and fast loop around the historic park. The event is organized by the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team in cooperation with the NYC Parks Department and finishes with a post-race pancake breakfast.

Hydration Support
One main aid station on the course next to Race-Day Central with water and Skratch Hydration; aid stations every mile.
Awards
Men's and Women's categories: Under 50 Top 7; 50-59 Top 3; 60-69 Top 2; 70 & over First Place. Awards ceremony at 11:15AM; custom medals for all finishers.

Packet Pickup
Packet shipping available through Dec. 18 ($7.25, ships Dec. 20); otherwise race-day pickup at the race site 8-8:45AM.
