About This Race

The Mistletoe Run is the 43rd annual holiday event held on the first Saturday in December at the William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. It features a half marathon, 5K, and 1 mile Fun Run on a USATF sanctioned course, plus bounce houses, music, and donuts at the finish line. The event is the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina's largest fundraiser, benefiting youth programming.
