About This Race
The Autumn Cougar Mountain Trail Run is the October edition of a long-running trail race series put on by Seattle Running Club and Northwest Trail Runs at Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park near Seattle. The course brings runners through a lush forest of fern-lined single-track trails over rolling hills and along marshes and wetland habitats. Distances include a 5K, 7.6 Mile Cross Country, 19.5 Miles, and 50K, with a portion of each entry supporting King County Parks. The event is cup-free, with Skratch hydration products stocked at aid stations.
