About This Race
The Children of the Sun Half Marathon is Spokane's newest late-summer race, presented by Century 21, with Half Marathon, 12K, and 5K distances. All distances take place entirely on the paved Children of the Sun Trail, starting and ending at Wildhorse Park, with smooth pavement and rolling elevation changes. The race offers aid stations, finisher medals, and a post-race hangout area, with 100% of donations going to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Spokane County.
