About This Race
The Forged Fitness Race is a fitness race designed to challenge the whole body with running and full body strength training performed in a circuit style. It offers Workout, Adaptive, Sprint, and Team divisions, combining running, rowing, burpees, lunges, wall balls, and bike intervals. Each division scales distances and weights for different ability levels.
