About This Race

The Sun and Sand 5K takes place in North Wildwood, NJ and benefits the North Wildwood Police Officers Association and their charities. The race runs along the beach with less than one block of running in the sand, starting at 22nd Ave and the Boardwalk. Awards are given to overall and age group finishers, and a team competition is held for Civilian, Police, Fire, and Beach Patrol teams.
