About This Race

The Desert Leprechaun 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk is a St. Patrick's Day themed event in Tucson, Arizona that supports the Children of Fallen Officers. The 5K is part of The Running Shop SAR Grand Prix and features a custom finisher medal, custom race shirts, a costume contest, and St. Patrick's Day themed age-group prizes. Organizers hope to return to a Downtown Tucson course in 2027.
