About This Race
Join us on June 27th for a HYROX-style race. The race consists of 8 running loops and 7 hybrid stations.
Beast Coast Productions will provide official chip timing.
The first heat will begin at 9am. Individuals will complete the workout flow below. Partners will run together and split stations as they desire.

Echo Bike (Sport: 60/48 Cal) (Fitness: 48/36 Cal)
500m Run Loop
50 Dumbbell Snatches (Sport: 50lb/35lb) (Fitness: 35lb/20lb)
500m Run Loop
50 Burpees Over The Line (Both Divisions)
500m Run Loop
1,000meter Row (Both Divisions)
500m Run Loop
50 Plate Lunges in Place (Sport: 45lb/25lb) (Fitness: Bodyweight)
500m Run Loop
200meter Farmer's Carry (Sport: 50lb/35lb) (Fitness: 35lb/20lb)
500m Run Loop
100 Wall Ball Shots (Sport: 20lb/14lb) (Fitness: 14lb/10lb)

PLEASE READ BELOW IN REGARDS TO REGISTRATION DATES:
Registration window: April 15th to June 7th. In order to ensure you receive a t-shirt for the event, you must register by June 7th. Those who sign up later will not receive a t-shirt in their athlete bag.
Late Registration Window: June 7th-June 14th.
Food Truck Provided By: Bon Appetit Bowls (breakfast and lunch options)
