About This Race
True Love United Kicks 4 Kids is a 5K and 1 Mile run/walk that raises proceeds to provide brand new back-to-school shoes for children in the RGV who need them most. True Love United works directly with school personnel to identify the children who will benefit most. The event takes place at the Pharr Sports Complex with the 1 Mile at 7:30 PM and the 5K at 8:00 PM. Both distances are chip timed and include a finisher medal and age group awards.

5K age group awards for Male and Female in 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. 1 Mile awards for Male and Female in 4-7, 8-12, 13-17.

Pre-race packet pickup at Blessings Homestore, 901 north Raul Longoria, San Juan TX: Thursday August 6th 12-6pm and Friday August 7th 12-3pm.
