About This Race

Knight @ the Track is a 5,000 meter race held on the Wilton High School track under the lights, with a women only 10,000 meter run also offered. Races feature multiple heats based on time and use Fully Automatic Timing with digital clocks at the 200 and 400 meter points. Suggested entry standards are 19 minutes for men and 24 minutes for women, though slower runners can race in a second heat.
