About This Race

The Sage Lake Firecracker 5K is the 13th annual community event held at the intersection of Kenyon and Maple Roads on July 4. The looped course takes runners up Kenyon Drive, onto Sage Lake Road, through the Sunset/Hawthorne neighborhood along the lake, and back to the start, with water stations along the route. The event also offers a half-mile Kids' Sparkler Sprint and a Zero K option, and proceeds support the Sage Lake fireworks.

Race Swag
Firecracker 5K registrants receive a T-shirt, race bib and a special finisher gift. Sparkler Sprint participants receive a youth shirt, race bib and a medal. Zero K registrants get a T-shirt while supplies last.

Packet Pickup

Shirts and bibs available for pick-up 4-7 p.m. Friday, July 3, at race headquarters — the SLA Store adjacent to Kenyon's Lakeside Resort. Also available on race day.
