About This Race
The Akron Pride Festival 5K is a run/walk that steps off in downtown Akron, Ohio, celebrating the LGBTQ+ community with an inclusive crowd. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities and offers an in-person and a virtual option. It is part of the Akron Promise City Series of Neighborhood Runs.

Awards
The in-person event awards certificates and prizes to the Top 3 Overall Male/Female/Non-binary and Top 3 Male/Female/Non-binary in each of fifteen age groups. Winners must be present to collect prizes.

Pre-race packet pickup is August 20th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the Akron Art Museum, 1 S High Street, Akron, OH 44311.
